Invoicing Board (Accounts Receivable)

  • A functional board on Monday.com for creating, managing, and sending invoices.
  • Direct integration with Quickbooks to automatically compile and send invoices to the specified contact or organization.
  • Auto-detection and creation of new customers in Quickbooks based on customer email to avoid duplicate entries.
  • Pre-configured Quickbooks settings to ensure minimal input is required from Monday.com.
  • Configurable automated reminders set at 15-day intervals for following up on overdue invoices, with an option to activate automated customer reminders.
  • Automated notifications to the "Accounting" team on Monday.com when invoices are paid.

Contacts Board

  • A basic board to manage contacts (used to link to vendors in Quickbooks or as customer contacts to send to associated emails).

Organizations Board

Admin access to Monday.com

  • Monday.com admin access will need to be sent to InterAutomate and must remain active during the setup process and retain access for any maintenance plans.
  • Monday.com subscription must be Pro level or higher.
  • Integration works on any of the following Monday.com products:

    • Monday Developers

  • Make.com admin access is required for the integration to be live.
  • InterAutomate must retain access to the account through the duration of the setup process and any live maintenance plans.
  • Subscription must be on or higher than the following plans:

  • Admin access will need to be sent to InterAutomate to wire the integration through the account.
  • InterAutomate will need to retain admin access to the Quickbooks online account throughout the duration of the setup process and through any maintenance plans.
  • A paid subscription - must be at least one of the following plans:

    - Standard ongoing service agreements are only applicable if there is an associated line item on the invoice, if not, the following standard maintenance services are NOT included.

    - The scope of the service maintenance provided by [Sender.Company] includes basic break/fix of the automations, minor configuration changes, and access to a basic service desk for requesting changes. Please note that minor configuration changes may incur additional charges based on the hours required to implement them.

    Requirements

    1. Admin access to Monday.com
      • An account will need to be provisioned to run the integration through. An existing account can be used, however it's generally recommended to setup a new "service" account to make it easier to control, maintain, and manage the integration.
    2. Admin access to Make.com
      • If a Make.com account is not yet setup, a new one will need to be provisioned before the project can begin. Admin access will need to be sent to [Sender.Company] ([Sender.Email]) which can be found under the "Users" tab on the dashboard screen, and once invited the role will need to be changed to "Admin".
      • Make.com will need to be on a paid plan (the lowest tier "Core" with 10,000 operations/month should be more than sufficient to manage this integration).
    3. Admin access to Quickbooks Online.
      • Admin access will need to be sent to [Sender.Company] Streamlined ([Sender.Email]) to wire the integration through the account.
      • Quickbooks Bill Pay is required to automate the payment sending.
    4. Admin access to PandaDoc.
      • Admin login details will need to be sent to [Sender.Company] ([Sender.Email]​) to wire the integration through the account.
      • DO NOT add above contact info as a user to the account, rather, login details will need to be sent to that email address for the existing account ownership to wire everything together.
      • PandaDoc at minimum needs to be on the "Starter" plan with 1 seat. NOTE: Business plan is not required for this integration.
